We have since expanded our team and now offer our services to commercial sectors with nationwide coverage, but that doesn’t impact how much we enjoy working on domestic jobs within our community in Wiltshire, and the surrounding areas.

I have used Nulectrics twice in the last 2 years, for an EICR and remedial work that came out of... it, and more recently repairing a broken junction box.AJ was quick to respond and arranged for his team visit. The electricians carried out all work to a high standard, were very professional and courteous. They checked with us before carrying out any loud work so that the baby wouldn't be startled, which was a really nice touch.I would highly recommend and will be using their services again for any future work.read more

Very professional service provided, diagnosing the issue and then replacing 8 integrated kitchen... down lights to units that accept Phillips Hue bulbs. Everything carried out in a timely manner, good communication throughout and very pleased with the outcome. Would 100% use again for future works.read more

I needed to replace some recessed spotlights in my bathroom and contacted Nulectrics for a quote.... They were very quick to quote and also to respond to some follow up questions I had and minor amendments to the scope of the work to add a dimmer switch.Whilst there was a delay of a few weeks before the job could take place I was happy to wait since there was no urgency over the summer period. When the job was undertaken the two electricians who completed the work were both friendly and very tidy and careful. The replacement sealed LED units look great and the dimmer control works well.I work from home and whilst they were here I had to take a number of calls - the electricians were always very quiet when passing my study so as not to disturb my work which was appreciated.Overall I'm really pleased with the job and would recommend Nulectrics - I would use them again.read more

I like to use businesses close to home and support smaller companies and Nulectrics Ltd are almost... on my doorstep.I can't rate AJ and his team highly enough. From his initial review of the jobs I had identified and further recommendations based on observations, through to the electricians and apprentice doing 2+ very long days of work their attention to detail, cleanliness of my home/garden and ability to keep me informed of progress was exceptional. Only miss was them turning up unannounced one afternoon to finish off some little tasks, thankfully I was home.The full report of all the electrics in my home (a recent purchase for me) has identified some historic poor workmanship and risks of failure or even fire. Very grateful I asked them to look at the potentially dodgy external wiring I could see as it has thrown up issues with work I can't see.Will recommend to anyone who asks, and will bring up in conversation with those who don't!read more

In a word, Brilliant! My elderly father needed a fused spur fitted for his central heating and the... guys did an excellent job. We had a fault last winter where we had a fault with one of the sockets and AJ was able to quickly... attend to us and isolated the issue, replaced the wiring and socket in a very professional and timely manner. Had great difficulty finding an electrician to fix an issue with the earth on our house. Contacted... Nulectrics who suggested a much better solution than anyone else had proposed and liaised with the DNO on my behalf to ensure it could be done. Nulectrics were very busy, but remained responsive and stuck to the date they offered when they were able to come and complete the work. Professional service throughout and excellent communication both pre and post service. Initial... diagnostics attempted via a phone call to alleviate possible call out and complete transparency of protocol/pricing. Chris was with us within 1.5 hours on a Sunday, which was impressive since he was in the midst of a 22mile bike ride (additional resources called in).Informative throughout and took the time to explain so I had a personal level of understanding. Nurelectrics were employed by our plumber for finalising the electrical connections during a new... boiler installation.As I have a smart thermostat Nurelectrics recommended to re-wire the connections from the thermostat receiver to the boiler, to make sure there were no flimsy connections left. The final work was exactly what I was looking for when I had asked our previous electrician (when we had our kitchen revampled), where the previous electrician ignored my request, saying it was not possible.On top of that, the original work for connecting the new boiler electrically was finalised perfectly.Thanks to AJ and Chris for thoughrourly complete all the tasks.I am looking forward to having them over for the extra work I asked them to do between now and the summer - hopefully lockdown will not be in the way 🙂read more

We used AJs services in our previous property, for installation of lights and floor heating in a... new conservatory plus installing garden lights. When we got problems with power to parts of our present Victorian terrace house it was obvious for us that AJ could help. It was quite complicated and took some time to fix everything. Despite being in a very busy period AJ and Chris sorted everything out. Very professional and can definitely be recommended!read more

My wall cooker switch had blown leaving me without cooking facilities. I telephoned Nulelectrics... and had a visit from Alex within half an hour who replaced the unit. From this experience, albeit a small job, I cannot recommend the service I received highly enough.read more

AJ installed a 32A commando socket outside for use as an EV charger. Challenges were to insert... earth rod to comply with regulations and also ensure ground beneath was clear of pipes/cables as there was no builder's plan showing where services were connected to the property.AJ was the only one of the several local electricians to follow through with the proposal and offer a reasonable quote for the job. Prompt in fixing appointment date and stuck to it. He agreed to source parts from wholesalers. Although there was issue with the part, he made sure he got a correct replacement on the same day, resolved other cable connection issues and finished the job with his cheerful nature.I'd highly recommend him for any electrical job the house.read more

Aj has been extremely helpful in various jobs we have asked him to look at for the Salvation Army... in Chippenham. (No job too small!!) He explained what needed doing and gave his recommendation for the best solution. We've encountered a few trades through renovating our home. What stands out about Nulectrics is... the time taken to understand the issue and the attention to detail. Even more important is Nulectric's responsive and kind approach, especially in distressing circumstances.....It's summer 2019 and we've just used Nulectrics again.
